What we do with what you give us

From $1M to $5M is operated by Primortul LLC, Ankeny, Iowa. When you use the tool on this site we store what you entered, the answer we gave you, and — if you provide it — your email, name, or an address.

We use that to send you the readout you asked for, and to match you with a relevant provider (Tangram & Fracs). Providing an email is how you ask us to do that. If you'd rather we didn't, don't provide one: the tool works without it.

We may add public-record context to a submission so the provider can prepare before contacting you: for an address, the county assessor's record (assessed value, year built, lot size, last recorded sale); for a work email, the state business registry. Where identity resolution is enabled, an email may be matched to a professional profile. Each submission is also given an interest score built from those sources and from how the tool was used; the provider sees that score and the reasons for it.

Your IP address is stored only as a salted hash, used to limit abuse. Submissions are kept for 24 months and then deleted; you can ask for earlier deletion at any time. We don't sell your information to anyone other than the provider named above, and we don't add you to a mailing list — the readout you asked for is the only email the tool sends.

To see, correct, or delete anything we hold, or to opt out of your information being shared with a provider, email privacy@primortul.com. Iowa residents have these rights under the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act; we honour them for everyone.
